Responsibilities
Work closely with senior test team personnel, development, and business analysts to develop test cases Develop test plans for customer delivery Develop test cases and expected results using Application LifeCycle Management (ALM) Execute manual test case procedures utilizing ALM Author clear and concise test cases for test case deliverables containing agreed upon acceptance criteria and a definition of done to CMS in a timely manner Track defects from discovery to successful correction, verification and validation Coordinate work activities with other project team members Participate in requirement and test case peer reviews Learn at least one new minor/major functionality every month/quarter. Show flexibility to move across different modules and get exposure across different areas. Estimate work effort associated with test case creation and test case execution accurately Perform root-cause-analysis for defects as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to work independently and within a team Ability to be self-motivated, well-organized, and detail oriented Ability to prioritize and perform work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to operate within and meet given timelines Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to identify and present process improvement ideas/inputs to supervisor. Ability to assist in pro-active planning to handle possible issues/having backup resources trained/mentored - some examples: unexpected outages, absence of key players etc. Ability to present ideas to improve the functional coverage of tests based on past experiences to detect more business oriented bugs/defects. Good verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
1-3 years of manual testing Ability to pass public trust background investigation

Bachelor of Science or similar field;
