PAC Technicians are responsible for partnering with production team members and area engineering to monitor, sustain, and improve equipment and/or processes. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Completing all required safety training and conducting all work in accordance with IM Flash safety policies Monitoring tool performance and addressing issues Scheduling and performing preventive maintenance on assigned tool sets Engaging in systematic troubleshooting Assisting with equipment installs Partnering with area technical writers to provide content and updates for controlled documentation Increasing tool uptime through systematic problem solving and troubleshooting Documenting all preventive maintenance using check sheets and tracking programs Monitoring and addressing SPC issues Supporting and maintaining TPM and 6S activities Assuming additional duties and projects as directed by the supervisor Working any shift and rotate shifts as required

Qualifications:

Intermediate knowledge of AC/DC circuits Basic understanding of algebraic concepts Basic PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Proven track record to troubleshoot problems and address root causes Demonstrated ability to use common hand tools Strong organizational and prioritization skills Confirmed ability to multi-task complex projects Basic data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills Shown ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision Demonstrated teamwork skills Proven ability to communicate effectively Basic understanding of semiconductor equipment and processes Basic understanding of physics concepts and principles Basic knowledge of chemistry concepts and principles Basi c knowledge of test and calibration equipment Basic understanding of SPC principles

Education and Experience: Associate's in an electronics related field or equivalent experience.
