NetCentrics is looking for an experienced QRadar SME to support our team OCONUS. This position is open only to candidates with an active Secret security clearance.

Specific duties include:
Experience working with QRadar System Architecture and Components, Log and Flow Data Correlation Planning the deployment of IBM Security QRadar implementation based on best practices Integrating QRadar with customer operations including log sources, VA scanners, cloud apps, network management and ticketing systems Assisting customers in building use-cases, operational processes with QRadar ecosystem Conducting security investigations into customer incidents using QRadar Security Intelligence Configuring and troubleshooting QRadar to deliver optimal performance in high volume enterprise customer environments. Tuning rules, false positive, root cause analysis, performing health checks on customer deployments Configuring and troubleshooting network and security devices, various operating systems, and applications such as web, mail and database services Experience with Red Hat, regular expressions, administration of operating systems (Linux and Windows) Provide assistance with proposals, statements of work, and provide peer review for other members Work with global and local teams to help organize project approaches and teams for client delivery Lead clients in requirements gathering, system definition and documentation. Participate in project delivery to varying degrees depending on project complexity and geography needs Worked with Project Managers, Resource Managers and Delivery Leaders Establish demonstrated client relationships in key accounts to help progress the Security Services portfolio Mentor junior consultants Achieve billable utilization targets as assigned

Required Qualifications:
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required Years of Experience: 3 or more years of experience with the below: Experience with scripting language(s); Python, Perl, Bash, etc. Any experience of; Java, JavaScript, SQL Windows Server experience (2008 R2 and more recent versions) Logging system experience, such as; Log Manager, Splunk, ELK, etc. SIEM platform experience such as QRadar, ArcSight, LogRythym, OSSIM, etc. Experience with network security devices; firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, proxies, etc. Good experience with network application protocols, such as; DHCP, DNS, LDAP, SMTP, HTTP, Syslog, etc. This position requires Travel Strong Analytical Solving Skills Knowledge of network and OS security infrastructure Knowledge of patch management and updates Experience with log management or security information management tools Knowledge of Systems Administration, Middleware, and Application Administration Knowledge of Network and Network Security tools administration As a contingency to employment at NetCentrics, all candidates who are given offers must successfully pass a background investigation including criminal history and reference checks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Security certifications (CISSP, CISA / CISM, CEH, CEPT, CCIE, various GIAC certifications) are a plus.
