Job Summary

Summary/Objective: Performs mission/resource planning and analysis of maintenance requirements and coordinates with functional areas to ensure requirements and implied tasks are accomplished to standard and within required timelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring the all planning data is compiled and replicated in support of Current and Future Maintenance Operations.May be required to work independently or with a teamProvide direct oversight of LOC Analyst I & LOC Analyst II (Maint) daily roles and responsibilities.Provides oversight of multiple operations simultaneously and provides updated status on maintenance planning and production.Determine the labor resource requirements and analyze Current Man Hour utilization against Projected Man Hour utilization.Clearly understand and limit the amount of potential Work Load planning Scope Creep.Reviews and screens Potential work load for redundancy, necessity, completeness and accuracy.Prepare and disseminate all initial mission analysis for all missions/taskers.Provide oversight and guidance for Tracking and analyzing mission/project bench mark goals and be able to mitigate issues through working groups, cross functional consultations.Responsible for ensuring program logistics resources (maintenance) can adequately support each mission requirement.With the use of MDMP, assist in the development of Concept of Support/Course of Action briefs, APS-5 Set Annual Issue Exercise requirements and issue plans IAW contract requirements.Track and analyze Taskers, operational activities and department metrics.Assist with the coordination of multiple mission requirements including WASS Governed Requirements (10/20 Builds, Scheduled SVC's, Unscheduled Maint.) and any ONS Requirements issued by the customer.Monitor the sustainment program through operational analysis, operational planning, maintenance & readiness reporting.Serve as the liaison between all departments to achieve a cohesive end result.Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
Minimum Requirements

Abilities Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Associates degree in Logistics or equivalent highly preferred. 2 additional years of experience over minimum required can be substituted for US Citizenship is required.Secret Security Clearance requiredExperience:
5 years of related civilian or military experience required.2 years Leadership experience required. Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the applicable maintenance and equipment management processes, related regulations.Thorough knowledge of analytical techniques and causative research skills to identify areas of needed emphasis to recommend improvements Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Must have an intermediate level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Outlook.Excellent computer, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills requiredMust have strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work and communicate with others effectivelyMust have an intermediate level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Knowledge of AR 750-1, DA PAM 750-8, Army Maintenance documentation, and other applicable regulations.Must possess working knowledge of the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS), various LOGSA Logistics Integrated Warehouse (LIW) applications, and other approved automated property accountability systems.
