Overview
ID.me is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team. The primary responsibilities will be to manage and execute a strategy to grow our commercial business. This person will be responsible for new business acquisition and growth in the commercial vertical. Examples of industries we serve are: healthcare, financial services, and travel. Our ideal candidate is very organized, self motivated and will have experience selling into commercial markets.
ResponsibilitiesManage and run end-to-end sales cycles in the commercial marketPlan, execute and close deals that provide significant client value, contributing to ID.me's financial and strategic objectivesPartner with Customer Success to run pilot processes and ensure account growth throughout customer journeyExpand business within accounts by building a long-term strategic relationship with customersProspect, forecast, build and maintain a sales pipeline with Sales Development RepresentativesIdentify channel partners to assist during the sales processQualifications5+ years of experience as an account executiveExperience selling technology into regulated markets including financial services and healthcareDemonstrated success in interfacing with customers and building trustHas existing strong relationships and great reputation among customers in the financial services and healthcare industriesExcellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of audience types and at all levels of the organizationExperience working for a team in a startup at a growth stage is highly desiredEntrepreneurial personality, capable of effectively solving problems with minimal guidance
