Overview
ID.me is seeking a driven Executive Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide unparalleled support to our C-Level Executives, including managing calendars, coordinating schedules, and managing a high volume of internal and external communications. You will also partner with and report directly to the Special Assistant to the CEO.
The ideal candidate will help improve the productivity of four C-Level Executives by performing administrative tasks, ensuring our company's workflow runs more smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, expense reports, and required travel for C-Level ExecutivesProvide "gatekeeper" service, setting executives up for daily successLiaise with an Executive Assistant team to build strong working relationships and to ensure success for the ID.me Leadership TeamAssist in the preparation of complex and professional presentations for a variety of internal and external meetingsAssist with office management duties and serve as back-up to the receptionist (at either of our 2 offices in McLean)Maintain conference rooms in the office and have them set up to optimize flow Greet and interact with visitors to the officeHelp maintain internal data, documentation, and other information Assist with various ad-hoc projectsHelp coordinate Trade Shows the company participates in
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience providing support to multiple C-level executivesCollaborative mentality - must have experience working in a fast-past team environmentProactive self-starter who takes the initiative, owns projects and meets deadlinesWillingness to roll up sleeves and work across departments and the companyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExtremely organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneouslyAbility to communicate effectively with all levels within an organizationUnderstands the importance of professionalism and confidentialityProficient in Google G-Suite (Email, Calendar, Drive, etc)Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
