Overview
ID.me is seeking a Director of Marketing Programs and Operations that will help scale the Marketing organization as the company enters its next phase of hypergrowth in the coming years. The Director will orchestrate programs, standardize processes, and lead KPI reporting across the demand generation, brand awareness, and product marketing functions.

Responsibilities
Technology - Manage marketing technology stack including vendor selection and systems administration
Project Leadership - Quarterback strategic initiatives that cross multiple sub-disciplines.Staffing - Enable aggressive recruiting of talent to enable growth. Develop standardized on-boarding process to accelerate productivity of new team members.Metrics - Manage weekly reporting on campaign ROI, team productivity and KPIs.Vendor Management - Oversee the business processes for new vendor on-boarding as well as the associated contracting, invoicing, and payment processes.Processes - Document and define marketing business processes for demand generation, brand awareness, product marketing and sales enablement activities.Budget - Manage the marketing programs budget including forecasting quarterly spend, tracking expenses against plan, and reconciling actuals with finance.
Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience working at a small or midsized technology company - software or Internet servicesStrong interpersonal communication skills combined with an ability to navigate complex organizational dynamicsUnderstanding of the finance, accounting, legal, human resources, sales, customer success and product management functionsAdvanced skills in spreadsheets with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and presentation development with Microsoft PowerPoint or Google SlidesTechnology skills with Marketing Automation Platform, Email Marketing, Sales Automation, Account Based Marketing, Customer Relationship Management are a plus
