Overview
ID.me is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. Our next Recruiter will join our small talent team and report to our Director of Talent Acquisition to manage recruiting efforts for our Member Support and G&A functions. If you have a strong background in managing recruiting processes, partnering with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to bring on stellar new teammates, then this is a great opportunity for you.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with Member Support leadership and external recruiting agencies to bring on a high volume of support representatives through our rigorous process
Work with G&A management and their teams to forecast talent needs and identify key skills for new positions
Expand candidate funnel through partnering with firms, sourcing, digital channels, networking, referrals and in-person outreach
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from sourcing through offer
Create and define new job roles in partnership with hiring managers and leadership
Provide weekly reports on recruiting activity to leadership
Continuously improve and standardize recruitment processes to support our fast growing company
QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in a high-volume recruiting role
Stellar attention to detail, even in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to quickly recruit
Experience and willingness to work in a startup environment with a hands-on approach
Ability and eagerness to ramp up quickly on new sourcing technologies and applicant tracking systems
