Overview
ID.me is seeking an Account Executive with a solid understanding of the affiliate space who will coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of ID.me's affiliate program. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and aggressive in delivering results in a fast-paced, start-up environment. This role will report to our VP of Commercial Sales.

Responsibilities
Assist with managing overall day-to-day affiliate partnerships across 9 affiliate networksOnboard new partners to the ID.me ShopMaintain and grow existing partner relationshipsTrack performance for affiliate commissionID.me Shop merchandising and maintenance of accurate commission and cash back ratesWork closely with marketing, sales, and partner success teamQuarterly cash back payout implementation and execution
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in account management Demonstrated success in interfacing with customers and building trustExcellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of audience typesExperience with navigating major affiliate networks (Pepperjam, CJ, Rakuten, Impact Radius, ShareASale, Partnerize, etc.)Experience with Salesforce Entrepreneurial personality, capable of effectively solving problems with minimal guidanceSuperb planning and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and ability to meet deadlines with little supervisionResults-driven, highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-taskAbility to identify issues and problem-solve independently
