We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a HotDocs Developer, Senior to work out of Washington, DC. This role supports the National Security Division of the Department of Justice with document automation services for a vital component of national security. This is a full time position and an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, publish and maintain HotDocs templates and libraries. Develop, publish and maintain cloud-based HotDocs template systems. Provide training and assistance to attorneys in the use of HotDocs templates. Participate in requirements development and validation. Develop documentation and training materials. Participate in the integration of HotDocs templates with other systems. Develop SQL queries, add content to databases. Develop Word macros. Manage work products within a document management system. Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in relating field
Desired Skills:

Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Word, strong knowledge of other MS Office applications preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, attention to spelling and punctuation.
Experience delivering training to individuals and groups.
Experience with a software scripting or mark-up language, such as XML, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, VBA; HotDocs scripting preferred Knowledge of HotDocs or other document assembly applications desired, but experience as a developer for other applications may substitute.
A bility to learn HotDocs scripting and template development is needed --will train a motivated individual with otherwise strong qualifications and record of achievement.
Experience with legal applications.
Experience with databases and SQL queries.
Experience with document management systems; MS SharePoint or Open Text Content Server preferred.
Experience working with intelligence or law enforcement agencies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
Education:

Bachelors degree from an accredited university
Clearance: Clearable (Ability to Obtain)
