Overview

USfalcon, Inc. is seeking a team player to provide program management and administrative support to the Naval Intelligence Activity's (NIA) Chief Human Capital Office (CHCO). NIA CHCO manages human resources (HR) operations, the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel Systems (DCIPS) policy team, and is the strategic workforce planning team responsible for development of strategic HR solutions based on current/forecasted gaps/risks, and the talent development team which manages career development, leadership development, succession planning.

The analyst will be a member of the team that provides the client with an ongoing information updates and briefings about the organization's workforce and the health of the organization. They will assemble reports and help the improve processes and develop metrics to monitor progress. Learn and grow in this new role where responsibilities may include:

Responsibilities

Learn to analyze employee demographic data, climate survey results, performance management ratings, and exit survey responses to generate insights into the organization, its people and its culture Uncover data trends and findings to understand underlying organization trends Develop reports; prepare briefings for senior leadership Support planning meetings and capture notes Develop appropriate metrics to help the agency to optimize its workforce Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of professional experience in a office setting Excellent written and oral skills Motivated, self-starter
Desired Skills:

Ability to interact with Senior level leaders Quick and enthusiastic learner Attention to details and follow through on tasks Ability to present data in a logical, concise manner Direct client support experience in a fast-paced environment. Effective multi-tasking skills. Proficiency with the Web, MS Office and SharePoint Ability to develop trusting client relationship and be a team player
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience

Clearance: Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance
