We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as the Chief of Institutional Effectiveness to work on Peterson AFB in the National Security Space Institute (NSSI). The position will manage all PWS-specified tasks in an integrated manner.
This position is contingent on contract award.
Responsibilities
Support the Director of Academic Affairs. Guide, support and assist with NSSI processes to evaluate and improve the quality of student learning, educational programs, academic and student support services and the administrative units across NSSI. Overseeing (but not limited to) the Resource Center, Space Weekly, Space Pro Reading List, Multi-Media, Web Development, ISD, Registration, Course Assessment, and Instructor Services. Update the Program Manager on issues or concerns Support the NSSI with web-based development and application porting requirements to support evolving requirements and maturity into the AETC/AU institutional structure. Support the Academic Affairs staff with the analysis of student surveys and evaluations. Be responsible for, and assist the government, in the E-Learning Development of the distance learning courses taught. Support the Provost and the Director of Academic Affairs in reviews of the Quarterly Course Reviews (QCR) to ensure courses meet the government's requirements for educational excellence and efficacy. Qualifications
Required Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Training/education

Masters degree from an accredited university
