You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER in the Air Vehicle Engineering Department, Aeromechanics Division, Flight Controls Branch, of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
You will You will determine and defines policies, standards and practices to support organizational objectives.You will assess team member performance and continually improve processes, training, and certification programs to ensure personnel are current and proficient.You will set performance objectives and conduct performance assessments of personnel within the competency.You will implement Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies throughout the branch.You will keep up-to-date with the latest in research and development in Flight Controls and naval aviation systems.
