Position Description
You will serve as a General Engineer in the Support Equipment and Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment Group. of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the entire construction contracting process, including scope, design, site visits, negotiations, construction oversight, close outs, and preoccupancy support.You will lead a variety of work requirements associated with various construction contracting between the Navy and private contractors.You will Collaborate with technical personnel and develop work packages for various construction, repair, and maintenance.You provide technical facilities guidance and solutions to technical department representatives seeking to address RDTE infrastructure requirements, constraints, and/or compliance requirements.You will Prepare design specifications, drawings, sketches, and cost estimates for construction, repair, and maintenance statement of work (SOW) or design packages.You will conducts investigation of projects to determine feasibility of proposed work.
