Responsibilities
We provide administrative, programmatic, systems engineering, research analysis, and scientific support services to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Office.

Gryphon Technologies has an immediate opening for a Technical/Program Analyst to work onsite in Washington, DC.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
Provide programmatic and technical support for CBRN detection technology, and data analytics research and development programs Participate in key technical meetings, workshops, conferences, in-process/program reviews, site visits and field tests Monitoring performers' cost, schedule, deliverables, and technical performance Assist in coordinating and facilitating inter-Agency working groups Developing project documents (e.g., spend plans, statements of work, project management plans, etc.) Coordinating and assisting in program/project reviews and assessments Collecting requirements from, and ensuring continued stakeholder engagement with, other federal partners Supporting technology demonstration through all phases from planning through execution

Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Current Active DoD Secret Clearance Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline Relevent Chem-Bio program experience or strong background in data science 10 years of experience or a Master's and 8 years of experience in relation to the following: prepare and conduct field instruction, provide technical briefings, and prepare technical reports
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
PMP certification EVM Technical Writing expertise One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
