Job Title: Branch Manager, EPG - Manassas

Overview
Alban CAT, the Caterpillar dealer for the mid-Atlantic Region is accepting applications for a Branch Manager, EPG for our Manassas branch.

Responsibilities
The Branch Manager - EPG manages and controls the branch to ensure an efficient and profitable operation to support branch and corporate objectives by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Manage all aspects of the Parts and Service business for the branch. Confers with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in area. Establish a culture of professionalism, open interactive team communication with a focus on a high sense of urgency for customers. Create annual business plan and budget to promote parts and service sales, safety and teamwork. Developing and managing employees' growth through mentoring and training. Recommends budgets to management. Profit and loss responsibilities for the branch. Managing branch workflow and financial performance. Management of capital equipment and the facility.

Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in an upper level management position at a Caterpillar dealer or equivalent in the Electric Power industry. Must have supervisory experience to include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. Must be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must possess strong critical thinking skills. Must have excellent customer relationship skills. Exceptional leadership skills, conflict resolution and negotiating skills. Must have basic accounting and financial skills. Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
