How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand and anticipate hiring needs. The TAS will manage the full recruitment process for all open positions in assigned business units with a focus on developing a strong pipeline of candidates for positions. Ensures the recruitment process and applicant tracking system is compliant with LifeNet policies and procedures as well as the OFCCP guidelines.

What you'll do:
Recruitment Cycle: Serves as an ambassador of LifeNet Health when reaching out to candidates; cold calling candidates for positions and acting professionally in representing the company. The TAS understands the culture and environment, the market, the services provided, the strategic direction of the company, and the specifics surrounding each recruited position ultimately positioning LifeNet Health as the "Employer of Choice". Sources, screens and interviews qualified candidates as part of the full-cycle process. Works with external staffing agencies to recruit hard to fill positions or temporary assignments. Optimizes the use of the applicant tracking system while adhering to OFCCP guidelines within all steps of the hiring process. Follows internal work instructions and is compliant within the applicant tracking system. Responsible for all of the administrative components of scheduling interviews and completing the full-cycle recruitment process.Training and Development: Educates and collaborates with hiring managers on the hiring process. Coaches hiring managers and coordinates selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions.Salary Administration: Collaborates with the HR Manager & Sr. Manager, Total Rewards to ensure salary determination and offer of employment are appropriate, while upholding the compensation system integrity and ensuring equity within pay grades and job classes. Prepares, extends and negotiates competitive job offers in support of requisitions for client groups.Continuous Improvement: Focuses on continuous improvement and makes suggestions to improve the talent acquisition process, policies and strategy. Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards.Compensation: This position has access to confidential personnel records and pay information not otherwise available. This position is responsible for protecting and maintaining the privacy of such records and information.
What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):
Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business or related field attained within a year of employment.Attain the PRC (Professional Recruiter Certification) or equivalent within the first 18 months of employment; PHR or equivalent preferred.Other credible HR/Talent Acquisition/Recruitment certification preferred.2 years' Experience with full-cycle client facing recruiting in a corporate environment.One year of recruiting experience for a bio-tech, life sciences, pharma or medical device organization preferred.1 year of experience dealing with job analysis and salary determination preferred.1 year of experience working within OFCCP guidelines preferred.6 months experience working within JobVite preferred.
