How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:

As our Senior Manager of Production Planning, you will be responsible for all planning and analytics activities for the production and inventory-related activities for the production division. You will partner with marketing management to balance supply and demand for production, sales and inventory. You will work with Production leadership to maximize manufacturing efficiencies. You will be responsible for global inventory control standards and inventory accuracy across multiple sites and locations; as well as collaborate with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partners on inventory management activities.

This role is critical to the LifeNet Health mission because you will be leading the LifeNet Health Production Planning & Inventory team's to develop and implement new strategies which will allow us to meet the needs of our customers and the patients they care for around the globe.

What you'll do:
Directly manages the production planning and analysis functions to ensure that tissue grafts are produced and distributed in a quality, timely and cost effective manner across multiple processing facilitiesMaintains accurate inventory control of finished goods and manages the receipt, transfer and storage of ViviGen & CV tissues. Manages the inventory of LifeNet Health's tissue and communicates with the Distribution Department to ensure effective inventory control. Responsible for cycle counts, root cause analysis and stock adjustments to ensure inventory accuracy. Coordinate and run the annual physical inventory for all locations.Develops and implements standard inventory control practices across all LifeNet Health product inventory locations, including but not limited to distribution warehouses, intermediaries, consignment locations and production supplies/materials locations. Ensures and enforces policies are consistent with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)/GTP (Good Tissue Practices), American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards.Collaborates with OEM tissue partners on inventory management and critical stock situations and ensure OEM needs and priorities are adequately reflected in production schedules.Maintains strong leadership and managerial skills with a strong emphasis on goal setting, accountability, coaching and mentoring subordinates. Coaches, counsels, develops and motivates the team to achieve departmental objectives.Builds effective modeling and planning tools and systems to measure and monitor inventory levels, and identify variances and predict results.Processes customer complaints, non-conformances and internal errors and develops effective corrective and preventative actions.

What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):

Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree in business administration, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or relate preferredSeven (7) year of supervisory/management experienceFive (5) years of production planning, supply chain planning, or other related work experienceThree (3) years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience

APICS Inventory, Planning, Supply Chain CertificationCertified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS)Three (3) years' experience in tissue banking, medical device, or related industry
