Position Summary
Supervise a commercial cleaning team of 20+ cleaners for ensuring all facilities are cleaned equal or above requirements and the client is completely satisfied.
Monday - Friday with some weekend work 3 pm and work to 11 pm. Usually 35-40 hours per week.
Major Responsibilities
Fill-In and Clean for team members that are absent
Manage, organize, train and inspire your team for top quality service
Beat Labor budget in assigned areas and implement efficiency improvements
Create a team atmosphere
Inspect the work of your team and solve challenges
Ensure all scheduled employees are covered in case of absences and have accurate timekeeping records
Manage and order supplies, maintain equipment as well as look for improvements
Work with Owners to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Military Experience a Plus
1-year Supervisory Experience in the cleaning industry
Excellent at leading, training and managing a large team in a complex environment
Happy attitude, strong work ethic, high integrity, and the desire to work toward your goals
Great communication and Customer Service Skills
Enjoy being on your feet and moving around 8 hours +
Able to lift 35 pounds
Pays attention to details and acts independently to solve problems
