Career Opportunity
We currently seeking a candidate for our Program Manager position, located in Chesapeake, VA. This position serves as T-Solutions' Program Manager for the Port Engineering Program. The primary function of this role is to ensure the overall strategic development in support of the Port Engineering Program.

Responsibilities
The proposed Program Manager must satisfy the following skill, knowledge, and experience
requirements:
Extensive Navy technical management experience; Supervisory experience in analyses, information systems, and implementation of technical projects. Navy shipboard experience; Naval shipyard, Supervisor of Shipbuilding, and/or Fleet Commander or Type Commander (TYCOM) Maintenance Staff experience; Extensive, detailed knowledge of Navy ship depot level maintenance processes; Extensive experience in the management of Port Engineers, monitoring of costs, and adherence to the basic requirements of federal Government cost reimbursable service contracts; Demonstrated ability to manage the above type of contract in an efficient and cost-effective manner. DSMC/DAU Program Manager Course Certificate or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification; Extensive experience in Navy ship maintenance strategy and process development, implementation, and control; Extensive knowledge of the theory and workings of Reliability-Centered Maintenance;

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another Technical field preferred Post-graduate degree in management or a technical field Government and private sector experience at the executive level Demonstrated organizational skills, initiative and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills Must possess a current Secret security clearanceT-Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
