Job Title: Group Manager Highway

**Job Summary**

The AECOM Transportation Business Line is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Highway Design Group Manager to join our Stockholm office.

This is an opportunity to manage a well-established and very successful group offering a diverse range of projects, technical challenges and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

+ Management activities for the Highway Design group consisting of engineers and technicians as well as mentoring junior staff.

+ Organizing, executing and coordinating technical assignments as well as business development activities.

+ Working in a self-directed manner in all aspects of Highway Design and document production processes.

+ Promoting a culture of sharing success and encouraging peer recognition whilst delivering continual efficiencies reducing companies and clients out turn costs.

**Minimum Requirements**

Requirements

+ Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably Civil Engineering.

+ 10+ years of Transportation related experience, preferably highway design projects within Sweden.

+ Previous management experience.

+ Perfect or very good knowledge of the Swedish and English languages is required.

+ Valid drivers license.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Working experience gained with an international/global engineering consultancy
