**Job Summary**

Our successful work on recent projects such as the E4 Stockholm Bypass - where we brought together specialists based in different countries around the world - demonstrates how our global pool of experts collaborates effectively, without borders, to deliver complex and ambitious infrastructure.
To support our succesful Civil Infrastructure department we are currently seeking a Project Manager to help perfom various technical and administrative project management duties, such as:
+ Client management, client liaison and technical design responsibilities;
+ Quality control to ISO 9001 standards;
+ Taking of minutes and following through on actions to ensure that the project is managed efficiently and effectively;
+ Developing MS Project programmes to ensure project timeline control;
+ Developing and following through on action lists to ensure the project is managed appropriately;
+ Conduct the Project Management business to ensure repeat business;
+ Maintaining daily diaries and monitoring progress;
+ Taking ownership of and overseeing the successful closing out of direct and nominated action items and following up open tasks.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Minimal 5 years working experience in an engineering or technical consultancy sector, preferably focused on large transportation projects.
+ Relevant Degree or Diploma (Project Management, Civil Engineering, etc).
+ Experience in dealing with clients and the delivery of their actions.
+ Familiarity with Swedish design standards and procedures.
+ Able to deal with large volumes of disparate information.
+ As a person you are willing to learn, have good organizational skills, a keen attention to detail and you are a clear and able communicator who can display a sense of accountability driven by a willingness to take ownership. You display integrity and honesty, are direct and straight-forward and maintain a positive attitude.
+ Fluency in Swedish and English.
