**Job Summary**
+ Design road geometric layouts, pavement and storm drainage systems.
+ Prepare design calculations.
+ Develop specifications to meet project requirements.
+ Develop drawings for Cad input.
+ Review drawings from CAD.
+ Shall carry out duties in accordance with quality and environmental management system, health and safety policies and procedures.
+ Shall report quality, environmental, health and safety problems or any suggestions to his/her immediate superior.
+ Shall perform other duties that his/her immediate superior may assign from time to time.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ A degree in Civil Engineering
+ PRC License
+ Minimum two (2) years of related experience
+ Basic knowledge of civil design, particularly in either of the following:
+ road geometric designs
+ pavement designs
+ storm drainage system
+ Basic knowledge of civil design detailing.
+ Computer literacy and basic knowledge of the use of desktop computer and design software such as Excel, MS Word Autocad, Civil 3D, Civil Storm
+ Basic knowledge of DPWH, AASHTO
+ Knowledge in the application of the quality system.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ A degree in Civil Engineering
