**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Engineering Manager will work closely with manage all activities relating to a Jetty refurbishment project from the initial design phase up to commissioning and start-up.

+ Work collaboratively with the client's representatives like project managers, engineers and other related parties to capture client requirements that can be translated into clearly defined needs and expected outcomes;

+ Support the project manager as main point of contact for any project management and schedule requirements;

+ Manage every administration aspects within project life cycle, including technical, operation, and client satisfaction;

+ Provide specific engineering management and coordination, including interfaces between client requirements, owner's engineers and contractors, during the entire phase of the project;

+ Provide discipline-based engineering management support services;

+ Support the identification of critical engineering constraints with regards to existing operations, and manage the process of communicating within the project engineering team;

+ Supports and leads assigned project team and ensure to actively involved in the project;

+ Monitors and reviews performance and work quality of assigned personnel;

Works align with others to minimize project risks.

**Minimum Requirements**

-Must have solid and proven in JETTIES and LNG.

- Available to get on board March 2020 for an estimate period of 18-24 months

- Location of the project is in Batangas

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechnical Engineer;

+ Minimum 10 years of experience in managing Jetty refurbishment projects. Experience in managing EPCM services in marine and Oil and Gas is considered;

+ Expert administrative and technical knowledge of industrial project process with a high degree of maturity and sound judgment;

+ Demonstrated experience in project management on highly technical, complex industrial projects with recognized leadership and supervisory abilities.
