Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receive hands-on training and mentoring in programs designed to support your success
- Represent Client’s Best Interest. The Real Estate Sales Agent serves as point of contact for clients throughout their home purchase and/or selling experience. They serve as a Trusted Advisor on whom clients can rely to assess the clients’ needs and successfully guide them through one of the most significant life decisions.
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
- Develop networks and maintain positive relationships with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors
- Promote sales through advertisements, Coordinate open houses, and listings for properties
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Research local market for value and comparable pricing
- Advise owners on tax deductions and expenses
- Show properties to potential buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements and other necessary paperwork)

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to create multiple timelines, and schedules
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
