Currently, RGServices is building a candidate pool of qualified individuals to perform as Avaya Cloud Architect & Design Leads to support government and commercial clients for future needs. Candidates may not be contacted until a need arises. Opportunities may be located throughout the United States for remote and/or on-site work.


A Day In the Life:

RGServicesCorp, an RG subsidiary, is looking for Avaya Cloud Architect & Design Leads for future work in support of reference architecture designs to be consumed for global deployments of UC and CC solutions. The chosen candidate can expect to:
Act as an Individual Contributor that authors Architecture and Design standards (High Level and Low level) and assists with configuration and implementation of the Architecture Design Deploy the Reference Architecture via Automation and fine-tune on an on-going basis Act as team lead role on a project with the ability to guide customer and cross-functional internal/partner teams for Cloud Architecture, Design and Project planning Support multiple projects at any given time Provide management updates and reports on project responsibilities, progress, dependencies, risks and escalations Work independently and in the team environments as well as with discipline in a remote/home working environment Travel on as needed basis Required Skills
A Consultant is an exempt customer-facing business professional that provides a variety of information directly to customers for their ongoing programs, new initiatives, strategic planning, and measurement/evaluation in one or more of RG's solutions. They possess excellent customer service skills, remain current on industry trends, value team work, and have a wide range of interpersonal skills.
Required Experience
To be successful in this role, all candidates must meet the below qualifications to be considered.
5+ years of proven industry experience working with Avaya solutions at Architecture, Design, Configuration and Implementation level Strong Avaya UC and CC experience at solution level spanning multiple Avaya products Avaya ACDS and/or ACSS Certification Experience with the following: Team Engagement, Aura Core, Equinox, Aura Messaging, CC Elite, CMS, Breeze, AES, Experience Portal, Oceana, Avaya Analytics, and others Integration of Avaya systems with other third-party non-Avaya adjuncts – CRM, Call Recording, Workforce Optimization, AI solutions and others

BS/MS in one or more of the following areas: Telecommunication Networks, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering Experience with Cloud Automation, Cloud Design Patterns and Microservices Experience with market leading public Cloud solutions (AWS, Google, Azure) Ability to obtain a security clearance
