ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide escorting of uncleared personnel within classified spaces Greet visitors and all personnel as they enter the buildings. Answering the telephone, copying, faxing Escort visitors having official business, but not a specific sponsor within the building. Perform routine record keeping and basic correspondence Page personnel over the intercom as needed Some work is completed without established procedures
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
High school diploma/GED or equivalent. Experience with routine record keeping functions with attention to detail. Effective oral communication skills. Experience should demonstrate skills with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), basic correspondence, answering and screening incoming telephone calls, and the operation of basic office equipment. Escorting of uncleared personnel within classified spaces. Steel toed shoes will be required when escorting in construction areas
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to complete a substantial body of work. Ability to accept and respond to new emergent and unique project task requirements. Ability to work evening shifts when required. Ability to present ideas clearly and succinctly both in writing and verbally to co-workers, team members, internal department groups and personnel as well as outside entities to include other departments. Ability to use a variety of office automation software, i.e., Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Additional Qualifying Factors:
As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results. May be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Must have or be eligible for security clearances.
