Duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintain equipment inventory of DCC and MWEOC Work with FAA Automated Inventory Tracking System (AITS) Help infrastructure purchase requirements Infrastructure support Could range from replacing office chairs, installing computer UPS, installing monitor stands and monitors Working with TechOps Provide support for DCC building expansion Building briefings Tracking actions / minutes New building support Tracking current staff seating and EQ needs Mapping staff duty locations between DCC and new building Conduct a physical inspection of all items of property Record and catalogue the National Stock Numbers Compare the physical count to recorded quantities Reconcile discrepancies via inventory adjustment Ensure that completed inventory complies with national and local guidelines Perform additional work that will be conducted on an as-needed basis, which could be monthly or quarterly Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated experience in working with the Federal Government
DESIRED SKILLS:
Previous FAA experience Familiarity with FAA's operational equipment and parts Demonstrated experience with inventory management principles utilizing 2D barcodes is a plus
SECURITY CLEARANCE: The ability to successfully obtain and maintain a U.S. Suitability/Public Trust Background Clearance
EDUCATION: High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
