In support of engineering services to perform engineering design, project management and real property records management for the US Air Force at Malmstrom AFB in Great Falls, MT.
*This is a proposal with expected award date of Q3 2019
Clearance: Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship with a minimum of an active Secret security clearance required.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Specifically, the Real Property Manager will be responsible for the following action items on-client site at Malmstrom AFB and various locations of travel:
• Take appropriate actions for In-grants and Out-grants.
• Perform real estate functions related to government owned real.
• Complete disposal actions for excess land or facilities
• Perform data analysis and reports including space utilization surveys as needed.
• Assisting with completion of and inputting construction capitalization documents (DD
Form 1354's) related to projects.
BS in Business Administration or related field. (Degree may be substituted with additional 6 years of experience or a combination of education and experience.)
Minimum of 2 years of experience required. Certified Property Manager (CPM) a plus but not required. Ability to plan, organize and lead others in studies, designs and construction projects, record and manage the processes and documentations, and to negotiate effectiveley with management to accept and implement recommendations, where proposals involve substantial resources and requires extensive changes in established concepts and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; negotiated complex issues; and maintain good working relationships Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle, navigating throughout the missile field on both paved and gravel roads. Please Note: Position will require frequent travel (15 - 35%)
