Waco, Inc. located in Newport News, Virginia is currently seeking individuals for full time hourly employment with experience in:
• Perform a variety of general maintenance and repairs involving rough carpentry work subflooring, steps and landings.
• Repair doors, windows, vinyl flooring, and drywall including surface preparation for painting.
• Repairs to metal roofing including flashings, gutters and coatings.
• Ability to understand and comply with OSHA safety regulations and have a working knowledge of safely operating tools or equipment associated with the assigned tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation
