Prior to working with our clients, your training will take place at one of FDM's US centers. Successful candidates will receive intense technical and professional training (average 10-16 weeks) through our award-winning FDM Academy. We are currently seeking candidates interested in building a careers in a range of specialties:

Data Analysis and Business Intelligence roles often involve access to business areas in major financial institutions, working on sensitive information and high profile projects, and gaining first-hand exposure to the trade lifecycle. The role is crucial in helping organizations with the accuracy and timely presentation of data, in line with internal process, governance, and regulatory requirements. These opportunities are perfect for those who are team players with strong analytical skills and an aptitude for fast learning. DevOps Engineers focus on creating solutions using tools and automation to improve operations. DevOps roles can involve a myriad a projects, such as: enhancing and streamlining operational processes though automation and integration; modifying existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or to improve performance; analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints; using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design; and much more. IT Service Management (ITSM) Analysts balance technical skills, business knowledge, troubleshooting expertise, and excellent soft skills. IT Service Management is a great fit for those who are avid problem solvers and who enjoy working in fast-paced, dynamic environments such as the trade floor. ITSM Analysts must be great communicators in order to meet both the technical and interpersonal needs of the role. Risk, Regulation and Compliance (RRC) roles often involve access to business areas in major financial institutions, working on sensitive information and high profile projects, and gaining first-hand exposure to the trade lifecycle. The role is crucial in helping organizations with the accuracy and timely presentation of data, in line with internal process, governance, and regulatory requirements. These opportunities are perfect for those who are team players with strong analytical skills and an aptitude for fast learning. Security Analysts focus on using detective controls to proactively monitor and support their organization, immersing themselves into the "hacker mindset." To ensure maximum resilience, FDM's program has been designed to be vendor neutral, as Security Consultants should not be limited to the silos of certain technologies or pieces of equipment. This career pathway puts you in the driver's seat of a hands-on environment. You will be exposed to various technologies and will need to ensure that they are secured following leading industry best practice. Software Developers work with a range of responsibilities, including: writing, developing, testing, and reviewing code; supporting existing applications; liaising with end users to fix defects, find solutions, and test them; adding functionality to applications by designing and implementing solutions; and more. FDM has trained and placed developers in specialties including Java, C#, COBOL, .Net, and more. Software Test Engineers will learn the role of technical testing in order to assure the quality of systems and applications once they have been developed. You will be trained on the tools a tester needs to guarantee the developed system consistently meets the appropriate quality and performance expectations at all phases of a project. You will also develop cross-functional skills relevant to all aspects of solution delivery in order to work alongside the development team to aid in eliminating any issues.

Essential Criteria:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar) A strong aptitude in IT and the interest and drive to expand your IT skill set Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A problem solver with a keen eye for detail Able to engage yourself in a project and enjoy the challenges and processes involved Eager, ambitious, and adaptable to change Flexible for national client placements in the US Able to commit to the two-year consultant program with FDM following completion of training Legally authorized to work in the US
