Overview:
Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager Acquisition to assist DIA's Chief Information Officer (CIO-4) in reengineering and implementing a rigorous and holistically focused software and service acquisition process. This position is located in Reston VA.
Responsibilities:
Provide senior level consulting in support of end-to-end acquisition support services for all CIO customers/stakeholders. Advise in the preparation of acquisition strategies, purchase request, packages, and documentation such as Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and Justification and Approvals (J&As). Assist in program governance and oversight of multiple award and multiple task order efforts. Support acquisition governance boards, working groups, and TEMS. Plan, prepare, and maintain current acquisition plans and overall program office acquisition administration functions such as program control and tracking. Coordinate with technical experts and contracting office to ensure project milestones are reflected in contractual documents. Responsible for planning, preparing and maintaining current and future acquisition requirements, performance monitoring and tracking for current and future requirements. Provides advice and assistance to Customer Technical Points of Contact, COR's, CO's on Program and contractual matters in the acquisition planning stages utilizing knowledge of regulation and policy. Provides pre-award assistance writing requirements, Service Level Agreements (SLA's), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP's), requisition package review, Government Cost Estimates, Source Selection Evaluation Criteria and other acquisition support documentation. Provided post award review, tracking and analysis of the projects, evaluation of burn rates, project. Milestone deliverables, staffing, estimates funds run out dates, other duties as assigned. Other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Must have an active/current TS/SCI and be able to pass a CI Poly. Must have at least 6 years' experience with DoD/IC acquisition project management. A bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience. Master's degree preferred with advanced training in DoD/IC Acquisition and/or Project Management Excellent oral and written communication skills with customer, team, and leadership. Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DoD FAR Supplements (DFARs), and/or DoD Acquisition 5000 Series and ICD 801.
Preferred Qualifications:
DAWIA Level I, II, and/or III certification Understanding of the IC, IC ITE, DoD, and DIA acquisition frameworks and architectures. Certified SCRUM Master
Travel Requirements: Travel may be required both inside and outside the Washington National Capital Region (NCR).
