Required Skills & Experience:
•High School diploma or equivalent
•Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology related field installing and maintaining desktop equipment (desktops, servers and related peripherals like printers, scanners, drives, monitors and video teleconferencing hardware).
•Experience Installing/Configuring Cisco, Brocade, Juniper Routers, Switches,
•Software and system troubleshooting and support
•Provide technical support and training to end-users
•Must have current DOD IA certification (CompTIA Security+)
•Must have a Current TS/SCI Security Clearance with CI poly
Desired Skills:
•Training or experience with Microsoft Operating Systems
•Experience in thin client set-up and Active Directory
•Familiar with basic router configurations and commands
•Familiar with basic telephony install, cross connects, troubleshooting and VoIP Phones and Video Service.
•Understanding System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and remote management tools
•Experience installing and terminating copper and fiber telecommunications cable
ITIL certification
