Overview
Quantum Research International, Inc. Mission/ Directive:

Quantum is currently seeking a qualified Senior Analyst to serve in support of the Strategic Readiness division which assists the Army in determining the Army-wide readiness conditions and trends, developing solutions, and initiating /directing actions to correct readiness deficiencies.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst shall provide support for identifying, tracking, monitoring and providing coordination for G-4 Strategic Readiness reporting and analysis related requirements. Readiness includes all Army Staff (ARSTAF) tenets and is not limited to equipment readiness. The Senior Analyst shall provide support to the Army Strategic Readiness Update and/or Assessment (ASRU /ASRA) by performing research and analysis of personnel ratings, Equipment on Hand (EOH) ratings, Equipment Ratings, Training Ratings, Assigned Mission Levels, and associated Line Item Numbers (LINs). The Senior Analyst shall assist the G-4 in identifying, reviewing, and editing appropriate regulations, pamphlets, policy, procedures and processes. The Senior Analyst shall provide recommended changes to regulations in both electronic and printed formats. The Senior Analyst shall provide queries and analysis for specific units/equipment and provide (printed and electronic) reports to G-43/5/7 and G-4 leadership. The Senior Analyst will be expected to provide an executive summary in support of any meeting or video teleconference in which he/she participates. The Senior Analyst will attend various synchronization meetings, working groups, and will support various General Officer Steering Committees. The Senior Analyst shall assist and provide recommendations in responding to Requests for Information (RFI) from the Army Senior Leadership. The Senior Analyst shall utilize multiple NIPR and SIPR logistics data systems (LIW, ILAP, LEXIS, ARFORGEN Synchronization Tool (AST), Decision Support Tool (DST), Status of Resources and Training Systems (SORTS), Materiel Common Operation Picture (MCOP), Master Army Synchronization Tool (MAST), Enterprise Management Decision Support (EMDS), and Force Requirements Enhanced Database) and GCSS-Army to perform detailed analysis related to logistics metrics. The Senior Analyst shall provide support to the Joint Forces Readiness Report /Quarterly Readiness Report to Congress (JFRR/QRRC) and others as required by performing research and analysis of SORTS weapon systems and provide recommendations and reports to G-43 leaders. Experience with briefing General Officer and SES level leaders is preferred, although not required.


Requirements

• This position requires an advanced degree with 6 years’ experience, a bachelor's degree with 8 years’ experience, or 12 years of experience with no degree.
• Must be able to work within a team environment, as well as independently
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members, government personnel, and Army Senior leadership
• Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task/manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.

Requires a SECRET DoD security clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship is required.
