Job Description:
?Scheduling Manager
This position is responsible for creating and maintaining a master schedule and plan for the efficient and effective use of professional resources. Schedules are executed in a network of local support offices and through partnership with local/regional/national program management. Accountable for seamless and continuous coverage for client's customers.
Essential Duties:
Creates and maintains work schedules for Rotational, Surge, and On-Demand assignments for national and regional professional resources Maintains database of all staff assignments with the ability to provide reports on utilization and availability of workforce. Develops and maintains continuity plans and protocols. Partners with local, regional, and national program management to successfully manage resources. Prepares reports, attends and/or delivers briefings to both senior leadership and customer on scheduling activities and performance. Supervises staff including hiring, delegating work assignments, evaluating performance, approving time and attendance, setting objectives, and administering discipline.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing and maintaining nationally networked staffing schedules Experience working with non-exempt staff Supervisory experience Experience developing staffing plans covering multiple time zones
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to develop schedules and plans for 7x24 operation Strong writing and presentation skills Attention to detail Customer orientation MS Office suite abilities
