DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

Conduct a variety of project management analyses in support of FAA Advanced Technology Development & Prototyping Division ANG-C5. Tasks will include budget formulation, execution and reporting, Earned Value Management (EVM) analyses, support the development of spend plans, Blue & White sheets, and Resource Planning Documents (RPDs), develop affordability assessments, coordinate contracts, prepare and track reimbursable agreements, perform gap analysis, and prepare financial documentation for management briefings and progress reports. Other activities include PR (procurement requisition) development/analysis in PRISM and tracking using FAA Cuff Reference Systems (such as FMS and REGIS). Also analyzing contract milestones/deliverables and generating/updating contract status reports.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Finance or some quantitative discipline.

10+ years of experience in FAA Business/Financial Management.

US Citizenship is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain and retain the designated Government clearance (DOT or Public Trust). Must have an active (DOT or Public Trust) clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of FAA Financial systems: PRISM, FMS, REGIS. Some basic knowledge of aviation, FAA, National Air Space (NAS) system preferred but not mandatory.

Master's Degree is desired.
