Atlantic CommTech Corporation is providing backup power installation, operations and maintenance for communication systems for US Air Force and Army military facilities. Candidates must have five years of "hands on" work experience in support of installations, repair, and troubleshooting or maintenance of power systems or equipment. This position is a travel position all around the continental United States (CONUS) and sometimes outside the continental United States (OCONUS). All candidates must have experience in the following areas:
Skill Set:
- Resolving complex problems
- Performing system analysis
- Refurbishment and Installation of new systems
- Proven ability to interface with customer representatives
- Provide daily status reports
Education Requirements (must meet one of the following):
- Associates degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- Completion of formal resident trade school or apprentice program in electronics
JOB REQUIREMENTS *
General Requirements:
- Active - or Ability to Obtain- Secret Clearance
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience planning and estimating, power loading requirements for communications systems, power backup systems and electrical
power distribution systems.
- Must have the technical knowledge to solve complex problems, understand the interrelationships of circuits, and be able to exercise independent judgment in performing tasks.
Specialized Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Military Communication
