Work you will do at Dominion:

-Lead and Deliver Innovative SAP / Pega / Mulesoft projects
-Support opportunities and help with Dominion development initiatives
-Develop deep SAP, Pega, and Mulesoft Capabilities
-Promote and participate in forums for sharing our expertise, strengthening Dominion Grow and helping our clients excel
-Collaborate on innovative solutions to support the future of SAP and Pega
-Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in SAP’s new S/4HANA and future solutions

Your Role at Dominion:

-Work directly under the program director and account executive to deliver Agile Projects with our clients.
-Own the standard IT project management tasks, managing project to completion. Expertise to manage a technical team is a must. The Project Manager is responsible for successful completion of all phases of the project life cycle.
-Develop, establish and maintain project management standards and procedures and is responsible for defining project guidelines, obtaining business and information technology sponsor approvals, and coordinating resources necessary to successfully complete the project within scope, budget, and schedule. This position leads the refinement of scope, development of plans and schedules, and estimation and project maintenance.
-Position will entail managing multiple potential implementations. Previous SAP, Pega, and/or Mulesoft experience is a must as we are looking for a very strong ERP/SAAS background.
-Work experience leading implementation projects with hands-on implementation experience including the following:
-SAP S4/HANA, ECC, CRM, and SRM
-Pegasystems
-Mulesoft
-Strong attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills and time/budget management.

Required qualifications:

-Per client requirements, a US Citizen is Required
-At least 5 years of consulting experience implementing SAP, Pega, and/or Mulesoft.
-Functional/technical proficiency with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations
-Strong current hands-on configuration and design skills
-Must be expert in Waterfall & Agile Methodologies
-Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
-Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team and as a team lead or Project Manager on at least 2 full cycle implementations
-Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career.

Minimum Education:

Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university
