Technical Solutions and Maintenance, Inc. is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, with a principal office in Eufaula, Alabama. We are a minority-woman-owned small business established upon a core principle to deliver quality products and services to our customers.

Our founder, Kiralfy Forte fell into the work when she was a school teacher. A friend asked her to manage some trainers for them and that led to her quitting her job to support the team of trainers. Eventually, training for Microsoft Windows and other early applications dried up, so we evolved to place people on-site to work with government employees across the United States and support their IT needs. Today, we're backed by more than 26 years of experience and work hard to ensure all of our clients get exactly what they need.
