LEADERSHIP
Paul Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer/Founder
Paul Sullivan (aka "Sully") is a Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Cyberspace Solutions LLC. As CEO, Sully has the primary responsibility for establishing and executing corporate-wide processes, tools, facilities and procedures to ensure flawless execution of CSS contracts; as well as spearheading the identification and capture of strategic growth opportunities. Working with business partners and CSS management team, Sully drives our strategy, vision and ultimately sets which markets CSS will enter -- against which competitors and with what company differentiators. Prior to the founding of CSS in 2008, Sully served in various corporate-level positions at L-3 Communications, The Titan Corporation, BTG Inc., Raytheon Corporation, E-Systems and Engineering Research Associates (ERA). Prior to joining industry in 1994, Sully retired as a U.S. Naval Cryptologic Officer and Special Technical Operations Planning Officer serving twenty-one years of active military service.
Bob Osterloh, Executive Vice-President for Corporate Development/Founder
Mr. Osterloh is the President of Cyberspace Solutions LLC. Prior to joining Cyberspace Solutions LLC, Mr. Osterloh was the President of the Intelligence Solutions Division (ISD) of L-3 Communications. He was responsible as the Executive Manager with P&L responsibilities of a $500M Division focused on supporting the Intelligence community. He was responsible for major programs in support of cyberspace, fusion, information operations, enterprise management and joint intelligence programs to provide real time information and cyberspace solutions to national security customers. He ensured approved engineering processes were put in place resulting in the successful delivery of solutions. Mr. Osterloh served in a similar role as the President of the Intelligence Solutions Division of The Titan Corporation. Mr. Osterloh has been supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Communities for more than 35 years, both in the Military and in Industry. As Commander of the Air Force Information Warfare Center, now the AFIOC, he was on the leading edge of addressing the Cyber threat to National Security.
Jason Goodfriend, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Goodfriend has 17 years of experience in the Government and private sector as a leader, analyst, contract program manager, and corporate executive. He joined Cyberspace in 2013 and helped grow and develop the company’s analytic business area bidding, winning and managing multiple intelligence programs supporting a variety of Government agencies. Prior to joining Cyberspace, Mr. Goodfriend spent over 8 years at BAE Systems in multiple roles including leading a P&L Directorate focused on the successful execution of multi-million dollar programs and the development of new business winning opportunities in new and expanding services markets. He has led business organizations consisting of program operations, business financial management, recruiting, contract operations, business development, proposal execution and specialized subject matter expertise support. Prior to entering the private sector Mr. Goodfriend served as an active duty U.S. Army intelligence officer with deployments to Kosovo and Iraq.
Michael Williams, President
With over 30 years of experience supporting multiple services and agencies, Mr. Williams has an extensive background in management, strategic planning, business development, and application of technology. Prior to joining the Cyberspace team, Mr. Williams held executive leadership positions at Dovel Technologies, Camber Corporation, and Apogen Technologies supporting key initiatives in the areas of operations and service delivery, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate development. At the P&L level, he has led organizations that delivered IT, Engineering, Program Management, Acquisition & Test Support, Logistics, and Modeling, Simulation and Training to a broad portfolio of customers including the DoD, HHS, FBI, DoJ, Treasury, and the Securities and Exchange Commission. While serving these markets, his career has included contributions in large-scale system development and program operations for Federal grants management, biometrics, HR, financial management, electronic filing, health informatics and logistics. As President of Cyberspace Solutions, Mr. Williams is responsible for the development and execution of strategies to grow the business along with the sound financial operation of the company.
Roy Ober, Chief Financial Officer
As the CFO, Mr. Ober brings over 30 years of experience in government acquisition, technical program management and financial management to the Cyberspace team. Prior to joining Cyberspace, Mr. Ober provided program management and financial leadership for L-3 Communications’ $500M Intelligence Systems Division as the Director of Operations. Mr. Ober has extensive experience leading large, complex, state-of-the-art government development programs providing command and control of highly technical special weapon systems. Mr. Ober’s 23 years of active and reserve military service in the Intelligence Community included tours with NSA, Navy Special Access Programs, the Navy Network Warfare Command, concluding as Commanding Officer of the Navy Information Operations Command Reserve unit in San Antonio, TX.
David Bishop, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Bishop joined Cyberspace Solutions as the CIO in February 2016. He has over 35 years of combined engineering development, program management and executive leadership in Defense and Intelligence with a focus on Intelligence Systems. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Dave served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. He received the National Intelligence Certificate of Distinction for his innovative work supporting Desert Shield/Storm, a Navy Commendation Medal for his contributions to the creation of programs such as the Joint Deployable Intelligence Support System, support to multiple operations, and representing the Navy on technical and policy on National boards involving National Imagery. Following his retirement from the Marine Corps, he joined BTG as a systems engineer, become a VP and Director of Engineering and later as a Chief Technology Officer with the Intelligence Support business unit of Titan. While a Senior Solutions Architect at L-3 Communications, he supported the Office of Naval Intelligence, including the integration of multi-source, cross-domain Intelligence, Theater, Coalition, and LEA Operations system, and was by-name included in various task forces. Dave has supported the Innovation Office at the Defense Intelligence Agency on efforts such as the cross-agency use of “DevOps” on IC ITE and has more recently developed Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) solutions for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). His certifications include PMP, CISSP, CEH, and ITIL v3.Item Body
