In 1980 the founders of Robbins Gioia (RG) began a company that focused on helping clients avoid common sources of failure in implementing major programs. General Jack Robbins and Colonel John Gioia retired from the United States Air Force and decided the best way to serve their country was to create the first firm specializing in the delivery of Program Management services to the Federal Government. They shared a vision.

It is 35 years later and this vision, enhanced over the years by services related to technology support and people performance, has produced consistently superior results for government and private-sector clients.
