The SkillSource Group, Inc. offers free employment and training services to job seekers, as well as to businesses seeking to hire and retain qualified workers in Northern Virginia. While every job seeker is welcomed, our particular focus is placed on employment and training services to dislocated workers, low-income and low-skilled job seekers, as well as ex-offenders, emerging entrepreneurs, mature workers, people with disabilities, military veterans and their spouses, as well as non-English speaking job seekers. SkillSource administers several initiatives for local veterans designed to help build the skills local Northern Virginia employers are seeking, including individualized career counseling, training for in-demand occupations, job search assistance, and help with small business development.
