Job Responsibilities:
How we work inside the Credit Union lobby:
• Our licensed sales agents approach members entering/exiting the credit union lobbies and introduce them to our supplemental insurance products called The Family Security Plan®.
• Using a proven interview technique, we assess members’ insurance needs through questions and provide knowledge of the importance of our products.
• We provide individualized and customized insurance package options for enrolling members.
• We create an environment so that members feel connected to a benefits professional by building strong relationships and delivering excellence in service.
How we help our Credit Union Partners enhance and expand their business:
• We visit SEG (select employer groups) and enroll employees into the Credit Union as new members, cross selling all of the Credit Union products, including The Family Security Plan®.
