NJVC, headquartered in Vienna, Virginia, is an Alaska Native Corporation and 8(a) Small Business founded in 2000 that was formed in a joint venture formed by Chenega Technology Services Corporation and ASRC Communications Ltd. Both are Alaska Native Corporations and 8(a) small businesses.

The NJVC Vision
NJVC aims to make state of the art Information Technologies and Information Services the minimum standard of excellence for our customer, the nation's security imaging and mapping agency. To do so, NJVC will:

· Provide responsive IT and IS support to our customer and its supported
organizations
· Assure employees a personally rewarding environment in which to grow
professionally and personally
· Generate for Alaska Native shareholders a reasonable return on their
investment
· Become a model for governmental/commercial partnerships providing the best use
of public funds in the public interest
