Equipment Management Specialist | Murrysville 7 to 4p and 8 to 5p rotating shift.
Description:
Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in PA, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has (2) c areer opportunity in Murrysville, Pa. for the right individual to support the dealership and our customers through specialized administrative services. This position is the primary source of contact for the dealership, and our sales force. This individual will work directly with the Cleveland Brothers management team, sales force, and our customer base providing professional support and recommendations that help our valued customers lower owning and operating costs and improve uptime and availability of their equipment.
Essential Functions:
Utilize software and web-based applications to monitor and track equipment; Coordinate maintenance and repair options with professional communication via phone or email; Utilize Caterpillar technical information for research; Develop, generate, and review accurate daily, monthly, and annual reports as required; Substitute for other positions in the department as needed, and other functions as assigned by necessity. Knowledge and Skills Required:
Ability to learn and develop expertise with Caterpillar equipment, and an understanding of the operation of Caterpillar equipment, maintenance products, and industry needs. Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft office applications. Successful candidates will possess excellent verbal, written, technical, analytical, and administrative skills. Ability to prioritize duties, work both independently and within a team. Strong self-starting, interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills required. Must be accountable, flexible, and successful within a team environment.
Background Training and Experience:
Progressive experience and understanding, focusing on exceptional internal and external services support, preventative maintenance agreements, repair before failure concepts, service operations, and an understanding of consultative sales concepts. Business, technical, or training degree preferred or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
