Overview
Energy Information System Manager will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise for all facility energy management controls programs for a DoD client to include building automation, life safety, facilities management, energy and environmental control, Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC), lighting, building envelope, power management and others.

Responsibilities Act as a technical advisor to DoD and USG stakeholders on expected impacts of proposed energy management controls projects. Assist in gathering energy data from all installations for Building Controls Systems, Utility Control Systems and related databases. Provide technical and analytical support towards the development of management briefings as well as to respond to government inquiries. Assist in creating and maintaining information papers supporting energy management activities and reporting. Assist with documentation of energy projects Assist in preparing annual energy management report Assess feasibility, cost, and mission impact of diverse energy project proposals. Make recommendations to enhance energy resilience. Ensure compliance with third party commissioning, measurement, and verification Research and respond to data requests from other oversight agencies (e.g., OMB or Congress) Validate facility controls programs requirements against ongoing and proposed projects. Develop, measure, and recommend energy resilience and efficiency metrics. Support energy and sustainability initiatives internally and externally.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or General) or related field. 5 years supporting facility related energy data systems Familiarity with all and expertise in at least one of the following: building automation and HVAC controls systems life safety management systems energy management and control systems energy and environmental control Federal or energy or sustainability experience preferred. Experience handling multiple, demanding, and complex tasks in a timely manner with accurate results. Must be eligible for a U.S. security clearance; US citizenship required.
