The purpose of this role is to drive new business acquisition in new customers within the Legal, Corporate, Government, Academic and any adjacent markets that can be identified that has a need for the solutions provided by LexisNexis SEA. The role will be new business target driven with strong prospecting and closing capabilities.
Responsibilities:Drive new business acquisition and market penetration by effectively identify and develop sales opportunities and sales pipeline for LexisNexis Print Publications and Online Offerings.Develop strategy sales plan and identify new business growthBuild effective relationships with key stakeholders in strategic and designated accounts with the purpose of expanding the penetration of LexisNexis solutions.Conduct customer visits to promote and demonstrate LexisNexis solutions.Effectively identify and develop sales opportunities to develop a sales pipeline using prescribed sales methodologyRequirements:Degree qualified with minimum 3-5 years experience in Sales within a prominent organisation where structured sales and consultative selling approaches are used.Solution selling experience is critical; digital publishing experience would be added advantage.Experience in account management and client relationship developmentAbility to communicate/negotiate with impact - expresses thoughts and ideas in a clear, succinct, and compelling manner to pivot from print to online subscriptions.Ability to build relationship with stakeholders at all level.RELX, is an equal opportunity employer: qualified applicants are considered for and treated during employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, protected veteran status, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
