Position Overview:

As Laboratory Technical Support, you will serve as an integral part of the Pavement Preservation technical service team by providing support to ourinternalcustomers.Primary responsibilitiesinclude materials analysis, lab production and testing of asphalt emulsions, and evaluation of asphalt mixtures.We're looking for a high-energy individual with the qualifications listed below.

How you will impact Ingevity:Obtain accurate test results that willinfluence technical solutions from concept to customer acceptance.Ensure thattesting is completed according toestablished ISSA, ASTM, and AASHTO standards.Effectively communicate with team members to meet the needs of our customers.Work as part of a dynamic team utilizing the members' individual strengths to share laboratory responsibilities and to maximize results.What you need to succeed:Bachelor's degree in science-related discipline is required3 years of lab experience is preferredIntuitive problem-solving skillsHigh level of attention to detail and organizational abilityExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrength to safely handle 50 lb. buckets of materialsTeam player mentality and the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeThis position is not eligible for relocation assistance.This role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
