Lexis Nexis Enterprise Solutions are looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer who has a background in creating clean, responsive front-ends using Angular (v14+) to join the team that is responsible for building our new technology platform Lexis® Omni .
You must have strong commercial development experience using Angular (v14+) as well as some C# and ASP.NET Core experience. You will join a dynamic and expanding team that is responsible for delivering the next generation of our market leading products. You will need to work closely with the Architect and the Product Management team, where your experience will be crucial in supporting the research, design and development activities to enable the successful realization of our strategy.
We are aligned to Microsoft and our solutions exploit Azure and MS365 technologies alongside other 3rd party systems that are prevalent in the legal market.

ResponsibilitiesDay to day support to the Architect, devising and recommending designs that meet the Product Management team's requirements.Working closely with the Product Owner and Product Management team to understand requirements.Support the Architect with translation of product requirements into either technical discovery or designs for the development team.Provide SME support to the Development and QA teams with any issues / challenges.Perform code peer review and provide constructive feedback to the Development teams.Development of solutions that align to the architectural approaches.Pro-actively review processes and procedures and provide recommendations on improvements.Support environment / development pipeline activities.Attend and input into daily Scrum meetings.Support the Sprint review activities.Experience needed:Proven commercial experience using Angular (v14+) /RXJS /NGRX /TypeScript /Jasmine /HTML5/SCSSExcellent UI/UX skillsProven commercial experience of Moq/xUnit/MSTestProven commercial experience using C#/ASP.Net Core/Web API/MVCProven commercial experience of Visual Studio/VSCode/GitExperience of working in an Agile environment, CI/CD processesExperience of pro-actively and continually reviewing and implementing improvements to processes to optimise outputHigh performance team experienceExcellent communication skills.Proven ability in managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyThe confidence to present information in a concise and effective mannerExcellent time management skillsWe would LIKE you to haveExperience of SDLC Management Tools, preferably Azure DevOpsExperience within the legal Software Industry, Legal case/matter management softwareExperience with developing solution within Microsoft AzureExperience of Entity Framework CoreLeadership, technical lead experienceWe value employee and wider community engagement at Enterprise Solutions, so you will be invited to join us for quarterly- and half-year company meetings, which include social events., You will also be provided with two days per year to contribute to making a difference to any charitable initiatives of your choice.
