Within the LexisNexis North America business, you'll work with key senior leaders across the business on our most high-profile projects ranging from developing go-to-market strategies for new products M&A initiatives. We are looking for highly talented leaders to participate in an Executive Development Rotational Program. Selected individuals will have an opportunity to carry out a two-year program with rotational assignments every six months. Assignments will be selected based on the most critical issues facing the business, taking participant's interests and development areas into account. Assignments will be in the following areas:StrategyPricingCompetitive IntelligenceBusiness DevelopmentAcquisitions and IntegrationSales Channel StrategiesMentoring and Professional Development

Management Associates will be matched up with c-suite mentors to develop their interests and capabilities. In addition, we will provide a one-week orientation, on the job training networking events and Management Associates are encouraged to participate in firm-wide training programs offered throughout the year.
At the end of the two-year rotational program, opportunities for fulltime positions will exist with significant leadership roles in areas such as operations, marketing, strategy, and finance within any of the business units of LexisNexis.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business leaders to address critical issues on a project basis:Determine project scope and objective: Clearly define the business problem and needs to be addressed. Work with business leaders to develop the project plan and deliverables.Manage project: Determine appropriate frameworks and data needed to analyze the issues and drive to lucid, logical, and actionable answers. Quantify financial impact. Manage process and timeline.Build the Team: Coordinate participants from around the organization and develop a productive working team. Rally constituents around the "cause".Communicate insights: Craft and present conclusions, next steps, and detailed action plans. Obtain buy-in to proceed.Implement: Support line management in implementing findingsQualifications
Candidates for the Management Associate position must be on-track to obtain their MBA, JD, PhD prior to the start date. In addition, successful candidates for the position should posses the following skills and experience:
